Chris Haworth is no stranger to Championship Sat/Sundays, but this was his first appearance in a pro doubles match, thus marking his highest doubles finish ever. Congrats to Chris and his partner, Amanda Hendry, for their silver in NYC!
Double Double - Jack Munro left New York City with two gold medals - one in mixed pro dubs with Megan Fudge and another in men's pro dubs with Aidan Schenk. This was the second double gold tournament for Munro - he previously accomplished the feat in Daytona in February.
The number of different doubles partners Bobbi Oshiro has won medals with this year: Will Howells, Susannah Barr, Randy Blanco (mixed pro doubles bronze in NYC), and Allison Harris (women's pro doubles gold in NYC). The number of points needed by Armaan Bhatia to win game 2 of his men's pro doubles final against Alex Crum. After Bhatia took the first game, the two battled it out for a whopping 12 extra points in the second before a winner could be decided. The title gave Bhatia his first gold on the APP Tour after brining home a silver in Cincinnati two weeks ago.
