The 2023 APP Tour's Daytona Beach Open was a five-day pickleball tournament held at Pictona at Holly Hill in Daytona Beach, Florida, from February 8-12, 2023. The tournament featured singles, doubles, and mixed doubles competition for both amateur and professional players. The top pickleball players in the world headlined the event, including Hunter and Yates Johnson, Parris Todd, Simone Jardim, Andrei Daescu, and rising stars Bobbi Oshiro and Brendon Long.

Hunter Johnson defeated his brother Yates to win his second-straight men's pro singles gold medal. Parris Todd defeated Salome Devidze to win her own second-straight women's pro singles gold medal. Todd and Jardim won their second consecutive women's pro doubles gold medals, while Daescu and Kyle Yates won their second straight men's pro doubles gold medal. Oshiro and Long upset the top-seeded Todd and Hunter Johnson to win the mixed pro doubles gold to conclude the tournament.
