In Men's Pro Singles, defending gold medalist Hunter Johnson will battle Jhonnatan Medina Alvarez in a rematch from the 2023 APP Sunmed Punta Gorda Open Men's Pro Singles final. Men's Pro Singles will begin at 8:00 a.m. on Championship Court 2, and will not be livestreamed due to forecasted inclement weather. Salome Devidze will seek her fourth women's pro singles gold medal of the year as she faces off against Dominique Schaefer.
A stacked mixed pro doubles field produced some incredible matches — with Andrei Daescu and Susannah Barr taking on Hunter Johnson and Parris Todd set for the gold medal match on Championship Sunday.
In Women's Pro Doubles, Megan Fudge and Susannah Barr will face Bobbi Oshiro and Milly Rane. Meanwhile, Andre Mick and CJ Klinger look to keep Andrei Daescu and Rob Nunnery from capturing another gold in Men's Pro Doubles.
In AARP Champions Division action, Altaf Merchant and Chris Bohnert defeated Marty Engel and Marcel Borcean to win men's doubles gold. The action continues on Sunday with men's pro singles action.
